VOMO (Volunteer Mobilization) is an engagement platform for organizations to recruit and manage volunteers for various projects that they have. With a redemptive focus, they link and provide for for-profit businesses, Churches, not-for-profit organizations, and school with the volunteers that they have access to. Customers that they have range from notable universities like the University of Texas Dallas to churches like Hillsong. This platform is the ultimate tool for communities to engage volunteers who are willing to spend their time. Through this service church volunteers could extend their reach and help other organizations that are doing important work in their community that they wouldn’t have known about otherwise, or a worker at a major company such as Interstate Batteries (one of their customers) could discover the same opportunity. Under normal circumstances these people most likely wouldn’t be working together, but with the help of VOMO they are able to collaborate.

For major companies that are involved, VOMO allows them to have a positive brand association by showing how they serve the community around them. There is a ‘Measure Impact’ feature provided with VOMO’s service that allows you to have tangible data to publish, as well as show teams progress on specific projects. Redemptively, VOMO is doing a lot for the communities that they are in because of how easy they make serving and organizing volunteers for projects. Through their services, whole companies, churches, and non-profits can advertise events they have going on and what they need volunteers for. This makes coordinating volunteers much easier, especially for large community outreach events that people may not know about without these services. Organizations are also able to reward their volunteers for their services, with other passionate organizations joining VOMO to provide free gifts in the form of eBooks and gift certificates to volunteers.
