A Christian organization that is relevant to me and to my generation and the church is Passion Conferences Movement. Many may have heard of Passion explained as a large conference of 18-25 year old’s meeting to glorify God and uniting students in worship and prayer. Passion conference is based on Isaiah 26: 8 which states “Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.” The mission of Passion is for the Lord’s name which is the name and renown are the desire of our souls. This conference and organization as a whole demonstrates incredible entrepreneurial practices to bring unity of students across the nation to live for what matters most. The way that Passion connects to their intended audience of the young adult generation is incredible. At the conference they have relevant and influential speakers to speak to the generation. These leaders are able to connect with the generation in a real and effective way. They do this by speaking on topics that this generation struggles with and encounter everyday. For example Christin Cain spoke about what pulls for our attention and tuning out the lies of the enemy at the Passion Conference 2025. Not only does the conference provide leaders with great insight and strong desires to pour out the truth to the generation they also display great entrepreneurial practices. Passion as a business is quite impressive. They have a large media team to provide access on livestream to reach even more people. They also have an app that organizes the schedule, maps, leaders, event info, resources, updates, and scripture info. The use of digital media in their marketing and reach to the generation is seen to be very effective. Passion Conference reaches millions of students to lift one voice and one name of Jesus! This organization displays what it looks like to reach people with a need and a desire to further the kingdom.
