Faith and Grace Organics: A Redemptive Skincare Brand

Faith and Grace Organics is a clean and natural skin care brand founded by Janine Szulim. Janine had always had an interest in the world of health and was passionate about finding products that were truly good for her body. Even in high school, she strived to find clean, non-toxic skin care products.

When she became a mom, she started to make her own products for her family- primarily due to her son’s struggle with eczema. But she wasn’t intending on selling them at first. Thus, her business was born out of genuine love and care for her own family.

However, family and friends quickly became curious about what she was doing. This led her to create and establish her company, Faith and Grace Organics. She then began selling her products at local craft shows, which led to online sales, which eventually led to being promoted on Amazon. Janine sought God through the process of starting Faith and Grace Organics and followed His leading.

On each of her products, the Genesis 1:29 reference is imprinted on the front, “And God said, behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon all the face of the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food.”

Her company is a great reminder that God cares for our bodies. In creation, He has given us everything we need to steward it well.

  • Hey Isabella, great post! It is always astounding to see how God wants to use us. I'm sure for Janine she would not have been quick to jump to the conclusion that her son's struggles would be used in the way(s) God chose to use them. It can oftentimes be upsetting and frustrating when those we love are dealing with hardships (of whatever form or nature). But God is faithful to us and although Janine intended only to help her son, it is super amazing to hear her story and I'm certain she's helped many through her skincare productions.

    Thanks for the post!
