Evangel Ministries is based out of a Church in Detroit. This ministry has worked to see the unsaved people in poverty of Detroit not as a problem but as a solution. The ministry has partnered with local colleges and universities to help these less fortunate people learn how better manage their money, make investments, and even start their own businesses.
