New Creation Farm

New Creation Farm is a redemptive farming business near my house that sells pastured poultry, beef, and eggs. Our family loves going to this farm because it’s a Christian business, and we know that they genuinely care about the quality of their products.

The owners of New Creation have 7 adopted children from the foster system and one biological child. They believed that living on a farm would be therapeutic for them, as most of them have emotional trauma or physical illnesses. The children were able to help take care of the animals and provided a setting for them to connect with them.

One of the daughters of the owners got seriously ill when she was two years old. She devolped antioboitc resistent pnemonia within 24 hours- the doctors told them she could have died. This health scare led the parents to look into their food sources. They discovered that animals were given a round of antibiotics every day. Based on this information, they began raising their own meat to monitor exactly what they were consuming. This eventually turned into their business, New Creation Farm, where they sell quality meat and a variety of other local whole foods from nearby businesses.

Wow, Bella, this business sounds incredibly intentional. I love how personal it is to the owners, it feels like an extension of their lives rather than just a venture they happen to run. It’s especially powerful that they’ve created not only a successful business, but one that also serves as a therapeutic outlet for children experiencing emotional and physical trauma.

What stands out most is how integrated their lifestyle and passions seem with their work. Instead of being consumed or controlled by the demands of the business, they’ve built something that reflects their values and purpose.

Hi Bella! I loved your post. It’s so cool how most of these entrepreneurship businesses start because of a need within their own home or community and then expand to benefit everyone around them.
