I love how you incorporated the part about even someone as famous as Dave Ramsey, learning lessons about financial planning, because it reminds us that everyone always has more to learn, and that these people still started somewhere. They didn’t just immediately succeed. This gives us hope about our own abilities, even when we fail at a venture of some sort.
Maria, so often, many Christians avoid talking about money, and businesses focused on making money. But if there are no Christians focused on money and how to use it well with integrity, then who else do we learn from? Dave Ramsey is focused on a problem and is attacking it well.
I love your example of Redemptive Entrepreneurship! Ramsey was able to teach Christians how to manage money; a topic that can sometimes be seen as taboo in Christian environments. But I love the way he seems to be teaching how to use money in an ethical and Christian way. How can you learn to start a business if you do not know how to handle the money that comes in?
