For my first blog post, I decided to dig for a Christian organization demonstrating entrepreneurial practices. I came across the organization Faith Driven Entrepreneur. This organization is the perfect organization to write a blog post about for this class. The Faith Driven Entrepreneur organization provides tools and resources to disciple entrepreneurs within churches. They offer ready-to-use content and support to help churches become hubs for entrepreneurial leaders. They aim to extend the church’s influence through business leaders who are trusted in the community.
Their mission is to follow in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They state in thier mission statement that from the beginning, God created us to share in His entrepreneurial process with purpose, passion, and pursuit. He gives us ideas, dreams, and ventures to reflect His image and bring about His glory. The world needs Christminded people in the business. Today, we see how corrupt corporations, new businesses, and entrepreneurs are in this fallen world.
We see today these organizations lead our society further and further away from God and glorify a sinful lifestyle. We need trustworthy people, and we need people who are out there with the mindset to glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Again, in today’s world, we need Christ-centered businesses, and this organization stands out because it emphasizes relationships, selflessness, and a mission-focused approach to values that have a lasting impact.
By prioritizing connection building over profit alone, Faith Driven Entrepreneur helps reflect how the early church effectively spread its message. It is a reminder that strong relationships are at the core of life, whether in faith, business, or the community. I hope that Faith Driven Entrepreneur spreads throughout the business and Church community. This is something, if executed right, that can have a lasting impact on the world.
