I was not aware that Tyson Foods was a faith-minded business, but after hearing about it from one of my close friends I did some research and what I found about it was quite interesting. First off they hold chapel services right in their workplace, but the really cool part is they have chaplains at all of their locations which cover twenty two states, their job is to make sure everyone is doing well, lead prayer, and make sure that the workplace is happy. They also mentioned that they accept all religions and beliefs in the workplace and they make sure that all of the employees know that and are guaranteed to be treated the same. The chaplains are also there to serve as almost a supervisor to help the employee with any needs that they have, for example one helped a man make his resume to get a different job, and he ended up getting a promotion.
