When it comes to redemptive entrepreneurship, the company The Lion’s Den DFW is a great example.  This company is based on the idea to help entrepreneurs make a kingdom impact in whatever area of business they are in. Their mission is: “We provide investors and entrepreneurs an environment to connect and collaborate that results in the creation of wealth while having a meaningful kingdom impact.”

The Lion’s Den was created by co-owners Vip Vipperman and Ed Pearce. Their idea was to create an online membership website company for entrepreneurs to receive the appropriate education in learning to further their businesses and become successful.  They have multiple videos and teaching materials to help entrepreneurs with these businesses and ideas.  On their entrepreneur’s education page, their statement is: “Entering the world of entrepreneurship can be overwhelming. We each bring specific expertise and at the same time have more to learn. At The Lion’s Den DFW, we are investing in your success. Whether you need more information on human resources, business structure, advisory boards, creating a business plan, marketing research, sales strategies, organizational design, financial structure, etc., we will provide you with the latest insight available.

They also hold multiple conferences and collaborations during the year to provide multiple opportunities for like-minded and faith-based entrepreneurs to grow their ideas with the experts provided.  Currently, for their 2022 conference, they are holding a pitch competition for entrepreneurs seeking additional advice and business idea experience. They have multiple speakers at these events to provide business insight for entrepreneurs and investors around the world.

Being able to incorporate biblical foundations at the center of a social entrepreneurship-based company will greatly help their mission and the kingdom impact that the Lord may provide through these lectures and advisors.  In the calling of the Lord, we are to go out and make disciples, and what better way than from the beginning of the company.  If the business and its founders are rooted in redemptive entrepreneurship, it will greatly increase the kingdom impact of our world.
