This semester, my team and I had the awesome opportunity to work alongside Mrs. Messer in launching her company, The Constant Company.
In our first meeting back in March, Mrs. Messer was gracious enough to share the work that she’s put into her company so far. She assembles Bible booklets for young women Bible Studies and works alongside college students who specialize in design to create something beautiful. In this meeting, we learned about Mrs. Messer’s heart behind the company and her future goals. After a long and enjoyable meeting of understanding how we can best help and serve Mrs. Messer, my team and I were ready to get started.
We began by establishing a brand. We created multiple color palettes and logos for Mrs. Messer to review. After emailing back and forth, we came up with something she loves and will continue to use.
In addition to branding, we created and grew an Instagram page in order to reach people outside of Grove City, PA, since this is was one of Mrs. Messer’s goals. We used the Constant Company logo and branding colors to create an aesthetically pleasing and attractive page so that followers stay engaged and interested in what we post. In the future, we hope to link our website to our Instagram so that costumers can easily view and purchase products.
Establishing a brand and building an Instagram were the first two steps in our venture with Mrs. Messer. At this point, we had a few more ideas, but they needed to be further discussed before making any next steps.
