Doesn’t frozen yogurt sound soooo good right now? Well it will sound even better to you when I tell you that the amazing frozen yogurt business called Sweet Frog is a Christian company. “Frog” actually stands for “Fully Rely On God.” Sweet Frog has a very similar vision to Chick-fil-a but they are a smaller company, only having about 260 stores.
Their mission statement is:
“The F.R.O.G. in sweetFrog stands for Fully Rely On God, and we show that by being a good neighbor everywhere we move into. Through local partnerships, fundraisers, and much more, our stores become part of the fabric that wraps their communities.”
To me, this sounds very similar to Chick-fil-a because of their attitude towards all people and how they treat others everywhere they go such a caterings or fundraisers. They also support local partnerships and organizations that they want to bless, just like Chick-fil-a does. Companies like these deserve a lot more recognition for their faith based businesses because it is not easy being the minority in our secular world. Sweet Frog does a great job mixing their faith with the rest of their business without scaring customers away or shoving it down people’s throats.
