RW Supply & Design

One mission-based company that I found very interesting was at the career fair in the fall.  This company is RW Supply & Design, which was previously called MasterCraft. One thing I really loved about this company is that they seem to always put the needs of others first. This is not just a cliche saying that all companies have, but from the top CEO of the company, they are focused on a higher mission. RW Supply & Design works to serve others not only by installing very beautiful flooring in homes across America, but also through fighting the orphan crisis. “There mission statement is: We are working for the day every child has a home.” Some people may call them crazy, but to have a company that is not just focuses on how much they can earn, but instead realize that it is not more so about what they, but why they do it.

I like to talk about this company because I accepted an internship from them in Colorado this Summer. RW Supply & Design actually came in and talked in three of the classes I took last year and each class I sat in I thought that this may be something I am interested in. Long story short, I cannot wait to be in Colorado this summer getting a lot of great experience in the work force, but also knowing that what I am doing has a higher purpose than just learning about inventory, sales, manufacturing and much more.

Jansen Dudt and Wake Wildeman are two people that have already done this internship and they tell their story in this video. Their experience has really helped me get excited about this and I am very thankful for the opportunity that God put in front of me.
