In this last sales class, Professor Sweet gave us an opportunity to sell ducks for an ABT event. The event is a duck’s race down Wolf Creek which is also a fundraiser for women with breast cancer in Beaver. All proceeds are going to them as a result. I think this whole idea is a fun and innovative one. It’s such a simple idea in concept but in delivery, it’s so much more. being too able to out to those in need of help, locally is such a strong method of unifying people together. In total, our class helped raise more than 500 dollars to the cause and well over 100 ducks to float down eh creek. Overall, I love the idea of this and would love to see other Greek life organizations take a stab at something like this.
