Craig Groeschel is an author and pastor of Life.Church, an evangelical church with multiple campuses across the nation. But if you mention his name among the leading CEO’s, businessmen, and leaders of the United States, they will know him through his leadership podcast. For years Groeschel has recorded audio/video podcasts sharing leadership techniques and principles that are by his assertion personal, practical, and powerful. The experiences shared and principles that are explained originally blossomed out of Pastor Groeschel’s own studies, education, and wisdom gained from planting the church he currently pastors which is responsible for impactful ministries such as YouVersion. Through the impact that the podcast made in its developing years, it created a platform to develop relationships with some of the leading names in modern business and industry. Recently the podcast has shifted to include many guests focusing on the conversations between these leaders and Pastor Groeschel. Guests have included Rich Froning, CrossfitMayhem leader and four-time fittest man on earth, Juliet Funt, WhiteSpace founder, Steven Furtick, another multi-campus church pastor, millennial expert Jason Dorsey, and many other extremely influential individuals in our modern culture and the business world. This is a great example of an individual entering into the world of business with a redemptive mindset and ministering in a context that desperately needs it. This is also an exercise in the ministry of multiplication. Targeting those that are in positions of leadership multiplies the impact that you have as they carry the messages that you pass along to them into their own spheres of influence. Pastor Groeschel does an excellent job of contextualizing biblical principals as well as teaching practical practices that are gleaned from leaders in scripture, ministry, and successful businesses. This is a resource that must not be overlooked by anyone.
