I am sure that everyone is familiar with the bracelets that include the letters HWLF. These bracelets are from a redemptive business called He Would Love First. This company seeks to answer the questions What Would Jesus Do? The company focuses their mission around the verse Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
The company mission is ” to create a movement that’s after Jesus’ heart. A movement that tells the world about Jesus’ love.” This is the same mission that the company decided on when it first started in a college dorm room. Since then, the company has grown a lot! To display this mission even further in their product, they include a free bracelets with every on that is bought for the customer to hand out or give away to further the message of Jesus’ love.
The company receives frequent testimonials from customers daily telling them about what these bracelets have done in peoples lives and the impact that they have had. On their website HWLF states, “From a daily reminder to actively Love First to someone getting saved because they simple asked what HWLF meant. It’s more than bracelets and apparel, bit it’s pointing people to what really matter…Jesus!”
These bracelets have become very popular are do a great job of starting conversations about Jesus. These are a staple in every camp counselor, youth group leader, and small group attendees wardrobe!
