Holstrength is a Christian company focused on incorporating faith into fitness. The founders wanted to center their brand around loving the Lord and working out with the understanding that confidence and strength are only found in a relationship with the Lord. They even named their company after the two words “holy” and “strength” because of the desire to create a company that empowers believers to view fitness as a way to glorify God through strength in the gym. They have written on the website, “We do not seek validation from others, or from the rest of society. Our lives have been validated by God from the day we were born, and that is all of the security we need,” which I think is an incredible statement. In the fitness world, and even the broader world as a whole, it is so easy to exhaust yourself trying to prove yourself to others and I love that this company is solely promoting hope in Christ. Also, in addition to all that they also sell super nice apparel that customers love. Overall, this is a great company and I’m so encouraged to see that it is making a difference for the Lord in the fitness world.
