Food for Life is a biblically based food company.
If you’ve ever come across any Food for Life products at the grocery store, you wouldn’t have missed the bold Bible verse reference, “Ezekiel 4:9”, printed clearly on the front of the packaging. Ezekial 4:9 reads, “Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and spelt, and put them into one vessel.” Food for Life took a deep dive into this verse and crafted a line of wholesome food products according to this command.
Through following Ezekiel 4:9 literally, the company learned that when wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt are sprouted and combined, a complete protein is made that contains all 9 essential amino acids. This Biblical bread is easy to digest, reduces glycemic index, promotes a more balanced pH, and is high in antioxidants and fiber.
Food for Life is passionate about selling a variety of non-GMO, organic, and high-quality products. They leave out artificial ingredients, refined sugars, and flour. They pride themselves on selling the highest quality bread possible using ingredients from all over the world. Currently, they offer breads, english muffins, cereals, tortillas, pocket breads, buns, waffles, and pasta.
Food for Life is a great example of a redemptive food company. While many companies in the food industry claim to be Christian, few have designed a product as wholesome and beneficial as Food for Life.

I really like how this company incorporated the Bible verse Ezekiel 4:9 and how their products are actually really beneficial and healthy. Not many companies incorporate and follow Bible verses likes Food for Life, and that really makes them stand out! I think it’s also really cool how they also offer cereals, waffles, pasta, and etc.
