Everclean is a carwash that seeks to provide an amazing carwashing experience that leaves customers feeling satisfied and good about their vehicle’s appearance. Everclean offers a simple, customer-focused experience that is environmentally friendly. They also ensure a caring environment for employees to foster leadership and growth. Everclean pursues this by implementing kingdom-minded principles, ” 1) holistic apprenticeship/relationship, 2) game-changing opportunity, and 3) thoughtful work that reflects a piece of the glory of God.” Everclean hopes to provide hope and financial blessing to their employees and their families through the careers they offer.

I was able to watch a recording of the founder of Everclean, Thomas Kim, pitch his company at Praxis. It was inspiring to see someone transform an already existing industry, that is not normally given much thought, into a redemptive endeavor. Kim’s company provides a simple service as a vehicle for amazing service that can display the gospel in a new way. I also watched some testimonials from employees at Everclean, they discussed how they were quickly progressing in management and learning amazing skills while being employed. One member became an owner of another Everclean site at 22 years old. Everclean is developing leaders through gospel-centered training to generate amazing impact through the simple service of a carwash.
