Chick-fil-A

Although Chick-fil-A is a very well known business, with having amazing food that everyone loves, this company also was founded on Christian values. Chick-fil-A founder, Truett Cathy, based his business on Biblical principles that he believed were also good business principles.

In 1946, Cathy opened a small diner called the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, Georgia. In this diner, the signature Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich was created. This allowed for the company to grow and become the nation’s top chicken chain. So, how is Chick-fi-A redemptive? Personal connections are very important to this company as they serve like Christ. This company supports local communities through fundraisers, charitable donations and getting involved with causes that matter to their communities and guests. Chick-fil-A’s purpose statement: “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.” This company creates amazing food, a good work environment, and an even better experience for its customers. They do an amazing job at serving their community, just like Christ did in this world!
