Carl’s Jr

Carl’s Jr

Carl’s Jr is a fast-food chain that serves some killer burgers and fries. Many people would be surprised that the founder is very religious and uses a Christian approach to run his company. He often used his restaurants as a platform for sharing his faith and even included Bible verses on cups and packaging. This tradition has continued even after his passing, with the company still including Bible verses on the packaging and donating a portion of its profits to Christian charities.

One example of their Christian approach is their annual fundraiser for the Stars for Heroes campaign, which supports military veterans and their families. Carl’s Jr. also partners with various charities and organizations to support causes such as hunger relief and education. In addition to its charitable efforts, Carl’s Jr. also incorporates Christian values into their workplace culture. They prioritize treating their employees with respect and providing a positive work environment. They also offer training and support for personal and professional growth, which aligns with Christian principles of serving others and striving to be the best versions of ourselves.

Furthermore, Carl’s Jr. has taken steps to offer healthier options on their menu, which aligns with Christian values of stewardship and taking care of our bodies. They have removed trans fats from their menu and offer options such as salads and grilled chicken sandwiches. While Carl’s Jr. may not explicitly advertise their Christian approach, their actions and values speak for themselves. As a company, they prioritize serving others, supporting causes that align with Christian values, and creating a positive work environment. Through their business practices, they seek to honor God and make a positive impact on the world around them.

  1. Hello!
I have personally never heard of Carl’s Jr. before reading this blog post. I think that their mission is awesome. I love that they do the hero’s campaign. This really displays Christian morals and values in giving back. I really like the way you look at the healthy food options. I never thought much about companies having healthy food being a Christan value. Being stewards to our bodies is so important though. Good job for pointing that out. Actions speak volumes, especially in the business world, so this company prioritizing serving others is so impactful.

  2. This was awesome to read, thanks for sharing! I have also never heard of Carls Jr’s, but it seems like they are doing something right to stay in business. It is always encouraging to read about Christian owners who not only have a redemptive company, but make an impact on the local community. In addition, I think it is a wonderful thing that they care about their employees so much that they offer training on personal growth and essentially disciple their workers. It seems like they are truly living and loving others like Jesus would!

  3. Where I grew up, it was Hardees, but it is the same thing. I had no idea they were a Christian business either! It is so cool to hear about their veteran’s program. I hope they continue to share their faith, I do not see many around more but I would love to go back and visit one if I had the chance!

  4. I have never had Carl’s Jr. myself, but I have seen plenty of them on road trips. It is so cool to see that a fast food restaurant has a redemptive approach to its business. I will have to visit one soon and try out their food.
