Many have heard of groups that CEO’s or small business owners can get a membership to.  Most of them work in a way that brings together people of multiple different business backgrounds and companies and lets these owners collaborate and learn about “leadership success”.  Don’t get me wrong, these types of groups are a great way to network, learn, and keep others accountable.  Being a member of one of these has effectively turned certain businesses around or helped others to get back on their feet.  However, there is a way to use these groups in a redemptive matter.

C12 groups are not just the same as every other peer group for CEO’s out there.  These are groups specifically for those of Christian Faith. The businesses themselves benefit along with the members of the peer advisory groups.  They have locations all around the US and their goal is to: “help others make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, create solid plans for growth, and thrive in their calling to create impact beyond the bottom line.”  It goes beyond just helping companies grow and expand, but also brings forth the idea of redemptive businesses.  The collaboration of peers in these advisory groups allows for ways and ideas in redemptive nature to come about.
