Many of you Grovers (and others) might have some familiarity with The Masters Craft wood flooring company.  They are a for profit wood flooring supplier in the mid-west and south.  They are well know for donating, volunteering, and contributing to many different ministries. But recently they took to giving to local food pantries. This was great to see how they gave back to the needy in this crazy situation. Because they are a essential business, they had the opportunity to collect food for a food pantry. What a great way to contextualize the gospel for a company that has all the right to be selfish during these times, but they decided to give back! With record unemployment hitting many of our communities, many people are being affected by the pandemic. The reality is many of our flooring businesses (ours included) are seeing significant slow downs. However, many of us are qualified as exempt and essential businesses that are allowed to keep operating. We feel a sense of responsibility to send some assistance to those most in need. That's why we've decided to turn THIS week into Food Pantry Giving Week! We will be giving a portion of the proceeds from this week's sales to local food banks in our areas. We will also be accepting donations! See the second photo for who we're giving to. How you can help: Call us to place an order and/or to place a donation! 100% of added donations will go right to the food bank. Several of our vendors will also be making donations along with us! We will be announcing those participants this afternoon!
