For more than 50 years, Christian Children’s Home of Ohio (CCHO), a nonprofit organization with headquarters in Wooster, Ohio, has offered comfort and hope to children, teenagers, and families facing hardship. CCHO has the goal of giving children who have suffered abuse, neglect, or other types of trauma a secure and nurturing environment. In order to address the needs of individuals it serves, CCHO has developed over time into a diverse organization with a variety of programs and services. These include family support services, foster care, adoption, residential treatment for children and adolescents, and counseling. Additionally, CCHO runs a vocational program that offers young adults who have reached the age of majority work training and employment prospects. A dedication to Christian ministry and redemptive entrepreneurship lies at the core of CCHO’s operations. The concept of “redemptive entrepreneurship” holds that companies and organizations can advance a redemptive mission while also generating social and financial value. In the instance of CCHO, this aim is to spread the love of Jesus Christ by giving children and families in distress a place that is safe and therapeutic. The Christian ministry of CCHO plays a significant role in its operations. The organization provides a variety of spiritual activities and services to support the idea that spiritual healing is a crucial part of total recovery and development. These consist of Christian counseling, Bible study, and chapel services. In addition to its programs and services, CCHO is dedicated to forging close bonds with the neighborhood. To help those in need, the group collaborates closely with nearby churches, schools, and other community organizations. Throughout the year, CCHO also holds a number of events, such as a Christmas gift drive, a 5K race, and a golf excursion. Overall, Christian Children’s Home of Ohio is a brilliant illustration of how Christian ministry and redemptive business may collaborate to bring about positive change in the world. CCHO has established itself as a leader in the Wooster neighborhood and beyond because of its dedication to helping those in need find hope and healing.

Christian Children’s Home of Ohio (CCHO) sounds very inspiring and the video was great to explain a little bit of how they can take a step into culture holding the light of Christ and connect with people at these events.
